We focus on building scalable solutions and partnering with leaders across the business to address evolving talent needs. **The Opportunity:** As a Recruitment Program Senior Project Manager at Agoda, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our global talent strategy. You’ll be responsible for designing, launching, and optimizing talent acquisition programs that address Agoda’s most critical hiring needs—whether that’s building early careers pipelines, scaling global referral initiatives, or driving internal mobility and so much more. This role is highly strategic and hands-on. You’ll own the end-to-end program lifecycle: identifying opportunities, developing business cases, setting clear objectives, and managing execution through to measurable outcomes. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, the People Team, Talent Acquisition, and business stakeholders to ensure every program aligns with Agoda’s goals and delivers real impact.
