We’re growing fast and are excited to continue bringing world-class talent onboard to help shape the next chapter of our growth journey. **What You’ll Do:** * Drive strategic analyses that identify key opportunities to improve the core product experience for EarnIn’s customers * Partner with the Product and Engineering teams to design and run experiments * Upgrade EarnIn’s experimentation stack by implementing tools such as Sequential Testing, Bayesian testing, and CUPED * Partner with the Machine Learning Engineering team to design and build models that form the core of EarnIn’s core product * Monitor & proactively surface/troubleshoot any problems across the key business metrics & drive resolution of these issues
