Processes help us repeat what works, but meaningful outcomes remain our North Star. **Truth Seeking:** We pursue truth with intellectual honesty, critical thinking, and fact-driven reasoning. ### What You Will Do * Lead discovery to define user needs, business goals, and the right UX approach to solve or innovate around those challenges. * Shape design direction across projects, ensuring coherence and scalability in design systems. * Design, wireframe, and prototype solutions that align usability with business value. * Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to make informed tradeoffs that balance craft, usability, and delivery speed. * Interact with external stakeholders, listen to and understand their feedback, while defending your design decisions. * Identify and lead new design initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, computer science, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in both UI and UX design with exceptional UI skills.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects that demonstrate high-quality execution, continuous improvement, and awareness of current design trends, tools, and practices.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken, at a professional or business level.
  • Mastery of the **Figma ecosystem** for interface design, prototyping, and component systems.
  • Strong command of the **Adobe Creative Cloud suite** , including **Illustrator** for iconography, visual design, and supporting assets.
  • Proven hands-on experience in mid- to large-scale UX/UI projects across all design phases, including user research, user flows, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing — ensuring fluid and holistic customer journeys.
  • Expert knowledge of user experience, design patterns, and platform-specific design (e.g., iOS vs. Android).
  • Experience designing within or evolving design systems to ensure consistency and scalability.
  • Ability to prioritize user value over visual preference and defend design decisions with data, not taste.
  • Bonus points for experience in E-commerce, Fintech, Hospitality & Travel, or F&B industries.
  • Bonus points for familiarity with **no-code development tools** such as **Framer** or **Webflow**.
