The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development and technical leadership. You will be responsible for ensuring code quality, developing technical solutions and leading and mentoring a team of engineers in a project. ### What You Will Do * Be responsible for the delivery of our projects: * It’s a hands-on role so we expect you to do hands-on coding and do code reviews with your squad members. * Work closely with our Product Managers and Engineering Lead to guide our clients in their product development journey and ensure our projects are delivered efficiently following our best practices. * Lead the technical architecture and design discussions, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability of the software. * Mentor team members: * Provide technical guidance to your team, ensuring they follow best practices and adopt the right tools and frameworks * Participate in our recruitment process: * Be part of the technical assessment of candidates. * Provide insights to and collaborate closely with the Head of Engineering to: * Lead technology comparison and engineering process improvements * Coordinate activities between all engineering areas.
